Job: Site Manager Location: Site in the North West area Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience) We've an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager, with previous experience of traditional build new build housing, to oversee construction of new build houses around the North West and Yorkshire. About the Client Our client is a prominent property development company specialising in creating exceptional living spaces that elevate communities. They work with housing providers and registered providers in Yorkshire & the wider north west, to help redevelop communities in the region. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure adherence to project time-lines, budget, quality standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain efficient work-flow and productivity. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective measures as necessary. Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement construction schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and safety records. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and problem-solving among project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols, environmental regulations, and building codes.Qualifications Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully managing residential or commercial projects from start to finish. Has come from a trades background and will go above and beyond within the role and take strong initiative. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes, with the ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications. CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid, as minimum.
