Site Manager / Project manager Pay: £negotiable Site manager / Project manager Location: Wolverhampton Duration: 1 year Start Date: 20/01/2025 One of our established clients are currently looking for a senior site manager / project manager to oversee a complex, heritage renovation from a shell to luxury apartments. It will be heavily structural and fast paced project. Therefore, the right person will need to have experience working on heritage / structural challenging projects. The right person will start in January. The main responsibilities will include: - Inductions - Structural changes - Overseeing tradesmen - Ensure health and safety protocol is followed - Working with clients, architects, surveyors etc - Reporting to CM The right candidate will have the following: - SMSTS - First aid at work - CSCS Card - Previous heritage works We are looking for the right person to start on 20/01/2025 If you are currently available and interested in this vacancy, please can you email me your up-to-date CV asap to (url removed)
