Ideal Experience & Skills: Proven experience managing a range of projects, including commercial builds, educational facilities, and high-spec residential developments. Strong understanding of traditional construction methods and modern design-build approaches. Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage complex sites, subcontractors, and timelines. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered to specification. Solid track record of employment, with consistent tenure at reputable companies. Minimum of 7 years' experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality builds.
