SW - 008 – CotsSW Site Manager £250 - £300 per day Freelance Project will run initially until April 2025 Working on a Grade one listed manor house and associated Grade two cottages Based near Cirencester, GL7 5EF Position good to knows The project is focused on the restoration, refurbishment and expansion of a Grade 1 Manor House and the surrounding buildings Enabling works will be shortly commencing on site The Manor house is Grade I listed and remainder of the cottages / buildings / features are all Grade II listed Site Manager appointment is currently forecasted for the enabling works phase until April 2025 Project requires a strong site manager with a good eye for a build plan You should ideally have heritage experience and have worked on listed buildings Position will take over with the project at enabling stage onwards Looking for a site manager who can stamp their authority and support the project team Ability to manage all trades and subcontractors and stick to project plan and delivery Work well with the client and manage expectations Headline of the Site Manager role Opportunity to be number one on site working closing with the project team Main scope of the project would be so oversee the initial enabling works in on all areas of the project The ideal candidate should live locally and have experience of working on local and regional period building projects Must be able to drive the project plan and meet handover targets Must be strong on health and safety Opportunity to stay long term on the project Keen to speak candidates who can bring experience of period residential projects and heritage works Your key duties as Site Manager Ensuring quality working towards quality standards Co-ordinate labour and trades Monitor and support the site build programme and control material levels Work with and assist a supportive site team on a day to day basis to hit project deadlines Key experiences you should have as Senior Site Manager Solid work history of delivering construction projects Be a great communicator with the ability to support your site team Developing knowledge of the modular construction process Ideally be from a trade background or have developed skills from activity being on live projects Key must have’s you should have as the successful Senior Site Manager • SMSTS • CSCS • First Aid At Work Certificate Next step to apply for this Senior Site Manager role: As a candidate with site experience, you will already know the technical specifications of this role, but following your application of interest, you will: 3D Personnel Ltd specialise in working within the construction sector where we work with companies who design, construct and maintain the built environment.
