Role Overview: As a Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of our high-end residential projects, ensuring that each development meets the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction. Your role will involve managing all on-site activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of high-end residential refurbishment projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets. Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any issues promptly to ensure quality outcomes. Team Coordination: Manage and lead on-site teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or requests to ensure complete client satisfaction. Health & Safety: Enforce and adhere to all health and safety regulations and practices, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, work schedules, and any variations or changes to the original plans. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end, bespoke residential projects, with a track record of successful project delivery. Knowledge: Strong understanding of luxury residential construction techniques, materials, and finishes, with an eye for detail and craftsmanship. Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively. Qualifications: Relevant construction management qualifications and certifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, etc.) are highly desirable. Communication: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
