Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
