Electrical Site Manager - High-End Residential Project Location: Egham, Surrey Employment Type: Freelance (CIS) Duration: Until April 2024 Start Date: ASAP Are you an experienced Electrical Site Manager? We're seeking a skilled professional to support our clients Project Management team on an exciting high-end residential project in Egham, Surrey. About the Project: The project consists of the construction of a luxurious mansion, where your expertise in high-spec, prime residential or high-end commercial/retail projects will be invaluable. This isn't your typical housing job - the scale and sophistication of this project sets it apart. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day site operations - Ensure project milestones are met - Manage subcontractors and materials - Maintain safety standards and quality control - Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Project Director Required Qualifications and Experience: - SSSTS & ECS - Strong electrical knowledge is essential - Proven experience in high-spec residential or high-end commercial/retail projects - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Project Manager and Project Director.
