Contract/Interim Project Manager assignment: Data Model Transformation

Scope: Data Model transformation

Location: Central Southampton/Hybrid (2 days a week onsite)

Rate: £500 per day (Inside IR35)

Duration: 6 month initially, with opportunity to extend

My client are a globally renowned organisation and due to a pending 'go live' of a major programme of work, they are looking to appoint a seasoned PM, with proven experience across delivering Data Model transformation/programmes of work, streamlining critical data systems.

This role is pivotal to delivering a transformative Data Model project. The goal? To unify and streamline critical data systems into a single source of truth that supports analytics, operations, and strategic decision-making.

The position involves two exciting phases:

• Analysis: Partnering with Data Analysts/Scientists and subject matter experts to define business rules, data definitions, and project scope.
• Implementation: Overseeing the integration of the data model with existing systems and ensuring alignment with the organization's broader goals.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a Project Manager with experience in medium to large-scale projects, proven skills in stakeholder management, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams. Industry knowledge and certifications like PMP, Prince2, or Agile are highly valued.
