Senior Project Manager Manchester £80,000 Package Our client is a well established construction main contractor with various projects across Manchester and the North West. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join them on a £55m residential project in the city centre. About The Role As our Senior Project Manager, you’ll manage large scale or complicated multi-disciplinary construction schemes or sites and their associated activities from conception through to completion, delivering work that meets project requirements, customer satisfaction and company standards. About You Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field. Be a CSCS card holder. Be self-motivated and results orientated with a positive outlook. Have good management skills, with the ability to motivate employees to achieve high standard of compliance. Have excellent organisational, planning and time management skills; able to manage projects simultaneously without compromising on standards or quality. Have sound knowledge of the construction industry. Can ensure standards and specifications are met. Have excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills and be able to make a sound business to senior stakeholders. Chartered membership of a professional institution (desirable). A full UK driving licence is essential
