Our client is a residential cladding specialist main contractor. They have a large portfolio of live projects within London and are considered as one of the top contractors to work for within London. A long term (24month) freelance opportunity has arisen for a Assistant / Site Manager to join their project team. The project is a medium rise scheme based in Brixton, consisting of 6 blocks with a construction value of £17m. The role is to oversee the QA on all 6 blocks in particular the facade for the de cladding and recladding works. Your day-to-day duties will include A key focus on the QA, accurate progress reporting aligned with the programme deadlines, reporting to the Project Manager, health and safety and weekly site meetings.
