We are seeking a talented Project Manager to lead critical UK-based implementations while seizing opportunities to collaborate across our EU business. Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Define scope, goals, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans; lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Execution & Monitoring: Oversee project phases, track progress, and adapt to ensure objectives are met. Manage risks and align resources effectively.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison for clients and internal teams, providing regular status updates and ensuring transparent communication.
• Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records, conduct project reviews, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Team Development: Mentor team members, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement.

About You

• You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field or a minimum 2 years relevant Project Management experience in a customer facing role.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven expertise in managing multiple projects using Agile, Waterfall, or similar methodologies.
• Experience in managing projects related to Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, including familiarity with cloud-based solutions and subscription-based delivery models.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, or JIRA.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel.
