One of our clients is seeking a Site Manager to supervise modular build project in London. Your ability to be client-facing and communicate effectively will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. Responsibilities: Managing the trades and ensuring quality on site Managing the RAMS and health and safety on site Ensuring all works are carried out as required and safely Overseeing internal and externals works Manage the quality of completed works Conduct regular sub-contractor meetings with internal and external stakeholders Liaise directly with end client, Project Manager and other Site Managers Ensuring work is completed within budget and on time at the highest quality standards. Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors. Oversee general day-to-day operations on the construction site Requirements: Must have a CSCS & SMSTS & FIRST AID Minimum 5 years experience site management Ideally modular build project experience Has ideally worked for a Tier 1 contractor Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Proficient in MS projects
