Description

My client are the UKs leading residential developer and they are in search of a permanent Pre Construction Manager to work on the pre development for two new developments. The role will involve working in a pre-development capacity across two jobs until one of the them starts on site, once they start on site you can continue within the pre con role for more projects or follow the project onto site. The developments consist if 50 units and the second one 500 units. Experience within a pre construction role is desired along with industry related qualifications.
