My client are the UKs leading residential developer and they are in search of a permanent Construction Manager to work on the pre development for two new developments. The role will involve working in a pre-development capacity on 2 jobs until one of the them starts on site. At that point you could stay in pre-development or carry on into a site delivery role. For the right candidate this could lead onto being a number 1 on site position, either as a Senior Construction manager or Project Manager, the developments consist if 50 units and the second one 500 units. Experience within the front end set up of a project and both internal and external works is desired along with an up to date CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid.
