This extremely busy enabling works contractor is looking to strengthen it's commercial team, purely down to sustained growth Quantity Surveyor (to take on two/three projects) Projects £1m to £5m in central London Cut & Carve, Demolition, structural alterations, strip out £70k to £80k base Start Jan 2025 You'll report directly to the commercial director, probably spending equal time out on site/head office. Whilst you don't necessarily need demolition/enabling experience, you will need experience with projects in central London - largely due to the unique nature and complexity/challenges.
