This renowned design and architecture firm is seeking a mid-level Interior Designer with at least 5 years of experience in luxury residential and boutique hospitality/commercial design, both in the UK and internationally. In this role, you will independently manage smaller projects and contribute to larger ones with the support of senior designers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project management, executing design concepts, engaging with clients, and leading teams to ensure high-quality results are delivered on time. A strong knowledge of all interior design phases, RIBA stages, and UK Building Regulations is essential, along with proficiency in materials, finishes, bespoke joinery, and FF&E. Key tasks will involve organising design deliverables, developing project schedules, and preparing detailed drawings. You will source FF&E products, liaise with suppliers, and oversee site works. Strong communication and delegation skills are critical, as you will be responsible for project documentation and mentoring junior team members.
