Architect – High End Residential Location: Mawdesley Salary: Up to £50K A growing practice with over 18 years of experience in bespoke, high end, luxury residential projects across Lancashire, Cumbria, and Cheshire is seeking an Architect (Part 2-3) or Architectural Technician/Technologist. Specializing in high-specification homes, the company handles architectural design, planning, interior design, and project management from concept to completion. Duties & Responsibilities: Lead projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion. Design and present proposals using CAD, 3D models, and traditional methods. Ensure compliance with building regulations and produce detailed construction specifications. Collaborate with external professionals and manage statutory approvals. Oversee onsite construction to ensure accuracy and alignment with plans. Skills & Experience: RIBA or CIAT registered, with 5 years post-qualification experience. Strong concept design skills and knowledge of UK Building Regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD, with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
