Surveyor £40,000 - £46,000 Company Van Hybrid working bonus Medical care increasing holiday Monday-Friday Ashford, Kent Do you have a background in Surveying, Estimating, or Groundworks looking to join a large, family-run company with outstanding staff retention? You will be surveying a variety of sites, including homes, schools, and prisons. As a large, multi-site business, they offer both mobility and progression opportunities within the company. In this role, you will be involved in a combination of surveying, estimating, office, and site work, with the occasional option to work from home. You will conduct site visits to assess equipment requirements and calculate labor costs to adjust quotes accordingly. This position would suit someone with prior experience as a Surveyor, a background in Civils or Groundworks, and confidence in taking measurements and creating 3D drawings. Estimation experience is preferred but not essential.
