Site Manager needed in Bracknell, Berkshire Job Type: Part-Time, Saturdays Only Hours: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (5 hours) Rate: To be negotiated Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Manager to oversee a residential project in Bracknell. This role is part-time, occurring every Saturday. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing current workers and liaising with subcontractors to ensure the smooth running of the project. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing site operations and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard Liaising with subcontractors and coordinating their activities Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times Conducting site inspections and addressing any issues that arise Reporting progress to senior management Requirements: Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification Valid CSCS Card First Aid certification Previous experience in site management, particularly in residential projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and make decisions on-site Benefits: Competitive rate (to be negotiated) Opportunity to work on a significant residential project in Bracknell Part-time role with consistent weekly hours If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your CV or call our office.
