We are looking for a main contractor’s Project Director / Contracts Manager on the behalf of a leading West London-based self-build developer which, due to a large injection of investment finance is now the best capitalised in Greater London. They now seek to strengthen their senior management team by the creation of this new position, which reports directly to their Regional Managing Director. The successful candidate will be given four new build projects north of the Thames valued from £25m to £50m to oversee and take responsibility for them from preconstruction to handover. These will all be residential-led, mid-high rise, town centre redevelopments built in partnership with housing associations, buy-to-let developers and colleges. Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. The commitment and drive required to build and head large delivery teams in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Employment commencement is anticipated this side of Christmas and salary is £120k to £140k bonus package
