Due to new work winning and general sustained growth they are looking to identify a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager who is capable of running and delivering projects from 500k - 7m. Our client is a progressive, forward thinking organisation with a history of developing it's staff professionally and personally. Applicants interested in this position should already be from a permanently employed career path with demonstrable experience in delivering schemes successfully. Experienced in delivering D&B multi faceted construction projects. Client & Architect facing. Excellent communicator (written & verbal). RAM's / Method Statements. Strong commercial/business acumen.
