Site Manager - Structural Steel Location: UK-Wide (Travel Required) Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per year Additional Benefits : Car allowance, travel expenses (accommodation, food, petrol on a receipt basis) Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in structural steel? The Role: As a Site Manager, you will take ownership of managing steel erection packages, coordinating contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for overseeing teams of 5-50 people depending on the project size and reporting directly to the Construction Manager. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage RAMs (Risk Assessment and Method Statements). Develop and execute lift plans. Oversee and coordinate contractors and subcontractors. Manage and deliver steel erection packages. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Black CSCS card. SMSTS certification. CPCS (Appointed Person). Proven experience in steel erection management. Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
