I am currently in need of a Senior Site / Construction Manager to manage a £4 million D&B structural refurbishment project based in East London. The project is based in Stratford and works consists of full structural refurbishment works along with an internal fit out of office space. The programme length is due to be 30 weeks. The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc. Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified. My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
