I am working with a construction consultancy who are seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their team based in Birmingham on a permanent basis. You will play a role in overseeing stock condition survey programs for prestigious large-scale schemes. Responsibilities: Conduct site visits. Perform inspections and condition surveys, delivering insightful reports that demonstrate attention to detail. Write articulate reports to effectively communicate findings. Manage diary schedules with finesse to ensure operational efficiency. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective liaison. Requirements: Experience working on residential buildings. A construction-related degree and/or 5 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in the industry, showcasing knowledge and proficiency. Possession of a full UK driving license and access to your vehicle. Excellent organisational skills, punctuality, and written and verbal communication.
