Quantity Surveyor I'm currently recruiting on behalf of my client a Leading Tier 1 Main Contractor an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well established contractor within the facades/cladding sector. The company is a well established Main Contractor who are based in the London area and they have a number of projects throughout the UK within the facades Sector. They are currently looking to expand their commercial team This company are forward thinking, offer great training and development opportunities and are recognised for their great culture, which puts their people first. My client is looking for individuals to join the company who would be looking to develop their career and grow within the company as it expands. Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role: Tendering Valuations Reporting Costing Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role: Facades/Cladding/External works experience JCT experience Hardworking / Conscientious Ability to meet targets / deadlines. Flexibility to travel as and when required to site Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role: Basic Salary £60-£80k based on experience.
