GBRS are actively seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's Major Projects Division, based in Weston-super-Mare. A percentage of this role will require attendance on site, working alongside the Project Managers within the office for project delivery. Duties and responsibilities: Taking commercial responsibility of the project(s) Collation and pricing of variations Be responsible for the collection of retention Preparation of applications for payment Create and analyse end of project profit and loss reports Obtaining variation costs from contractors and issuing valuation payment notices.
