Assistant Building Surveyor - An SME architectural and building practice, with a diverse client base An SME, architectural and building consultancy practice, who are based in East London, are seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor, to join their close-knit team. This is an opportunity for an ambitious and self-motivated Assistant Building Surveyor, who is keen to progress their APC in a personable environment. Benefits £30,000 - £36,000 Full APC support and training Pension contribution CPD and training Private healthcare (when chartered) Role and responsibilities The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will work with a range of clients in the public and private sectors, with local authorities, housing associates, national and local developers and private individuals. As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you'll be given full support with your APC progression, with 1:1 learning and the correct project exposure. Person specification The chosen Assistant Building Surveyor will be a keen learner who is focused and has good communicative skills.
