Job Description Job ID: 69926 Job Title: Architects / Revit Technician (Stage 4) (Contract) Location: South London Contract: 3 Months (with potential for extension) Work Arrangement: In-office, 5 days a week Rate: £28 p/hour DOE We are seeking talented Architects / Revit Technicians to join a dynamic architectural practice based in South London, specializing in high-rise residential buildings . The role is focused on Stage 4 of project development, and requires strong technical expertise, particularly in Revit . Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively on high-rise residential projects in Stage 4. Utilize advanced Revit skills to deliver detailed designs and technical drawings. Ensure compliance with UK building regulations throughout the project. Participate in office-based team meetings and design reviews, working closely with senior architects and engineers. Requirements: Proficiency in Revit with proven experience in architectural practices. Solid understanding of UK building regulations . Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work full-time in-office (South London) for 5 days a week. Previous experience working on high-rise residential buildings is highly desirable. Contract Details: Initial 3-month contract with a potential extension based on project needs and performance Interviews to be organised immediately .Immediate start This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading architectural firm on exciting high-rise developments in London.
