Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor – £45m CAT A Fit-Out – North London We are seeking an experienced Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage a prestigious £45 million CAT A Fit-Out project in North London. This high-profile, 200,000 sq. ft. commercial fit-out will require your expertise to drive cost control, contract management, and overall commercial success from inception to completion. As a Tier 2 main contractor, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years of experience, ideally within large-scale fit-outs or high-value commercial projects. You will lead the commercial team, work closely with the project management team, and ensure timely delivery within budget while maximizing profitability. Key Responsibilities: Lead all commercial aspects of a high-value fit-out project. Oversee cost control, procurement, valuations, and contract management. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and manage subcontractor relationships. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and project goals.
