Senior Project Manager – Salary £50,000 - £65,000 benefits hybrid We are seeking a talented and driven Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a leading, bespoke construction and development consultancy. This dynamic firm is renowned for its excellence in delivering high-quality projects, particularly in large-scale residential and commercial developments. The company prides itself on fostering a collaborative environment, with an exciting portfolio of projects across London and the Southeast, including a landmark £600 million scheme. The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to contribute to the successful delivery of an £80 million Build to Rent project in Milton Keynes, featuring 350 residential units, along with a major £600 million development in central London. Project Manager Responsibilities: Assist in managing the entire project lifecycle from inception through to completion, ensuring it meets time, cost, and quality standards. Collaborate closely with senior project managers and key stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination across all project phases. Oversee contractors, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to JCT contract terms and specifications. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company procedures. Key Requirements: A degree in real estate, construction, or a related field. Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in the residential sector. Strong knowledge and experience with JCT contracts. Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project demands. Relevant qualifications in construction, project management, or a similar field. Why Join Them?
