Previous experience managing internal trade pacakges would be advantageous. HNC /HND in construction related subject is preferred. SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid certificate Duties for Site Manager role will include: Coordinate trades, labour on the internals of the project. Managing more junior members of the team including Assistant Site Managers. Monitoring site performance against the programme. Ensuring a high level of health & safety is maintained on site.
