Site Manager - Social Housing & Maintenance Job Type: Temporary Start date: Immediate Industry: Social Housing Location: Oldham & North West Salary: £220 p/day JOB DESCRIPTION: Site Manager required for a Social Housing company to cover planned and preventative maintenance on social housing contracts across Oldham & North West. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Site Manager to join the team. Daily responsibilities will include: Overseeing various trades & sub-contractors on planned maintenance projects on Social Housing RAMS & Safety Briefings Building relationships with customers on site Requirements for the role CSCS Card SMSTS First Aid Own Transport Scaffold Inspection (Desired but not essential) On offer is a competitive day rate of £220p/day.
