Blue Water Recruitment are working alongside a bespoke, high-end luxury residential developer in South Wales. Our client works on grade listed renovations to entire new build projects with a contract value range of £1.5m – 5m per project. They are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team. As the Project Manager, you play a fundamental role in the overseeing and directing of our new-build and renovation projects, from conception to completion.
