Due to the continued growth of our Birmingham Office, we have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our preconstruction team at Caddick Construction Midlands office based in Birmingham City Centre. Caddick Construction is a family-owned business which is part of Caddick Group. We are currently delivering exceptional projects across the Midlands region within a range of sectors. Overview This role will work alongside the Regional Preconstruction Manager on a wide range of high value tenders from £15 million to £150 million to ensure highly competitive, carefully resourced, analysed tender costs and prepare quality submissions to clients. The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge and understanding of tendering and differing procurement routes. Experience in cost planning/two stage tenders as well as single stage D&B tenders. Required skills include a proven track record working on tenders within Caddicks portfolio of projects, commercial awareness of the construction industry and a strong understanding of construction processes. Detailed knowledge of Conquest and Excel is required. Summary Caddick's Birmingham office is rapidly growing due to a strong project pipeline.
