Job Opportunity: Site Manager Lightweight Steel Frame Apartments Sourced Recruitment Group is pleased to advertise an exciting opportunity on behalf of a Manchester-based client. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 32-apartment project in Stockport. The development consists of a 5-storey Lightweight Steel Frame build, and the ideal candidate will have successfully completed at least one similar project in the past 5 years Location: Stockport Salary: Circa £56,000 Car Allowance Hours: 40 hours per week Start Date: Immediate What Were Looking For: Experience: You must have recent experience managing a Lightweight Steel Frame apartment project from start to finish. Qualifications: NVQ in Site Management (desirable but not essential if you have significant relevant experience) Temporary Works Coordinator SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) First Aid Certification Whats On Offer: Salary: Up to £56,000 per year £4,000 car allowance Annual Leave: 33 days including 8 bank holidays Pension: 5% company pension contribution Hours: 40-hour work week We are open to considering candidates who do not hold the NVQ Level 6 qualification, provided they have proven lightweight steel frame experience on apartment blocks and have completed at least one full project in the past five years. This flexibility is aimed at expanding our pool of qualified candidates while maintaining the core requirements.
