This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing firm of Chartered Surveyors; this firm is experiencing considerable and sustained growth whilst many of its competitors are making cuts. Ideally, this opportunity is ideal for an ambitious individual keen to achieve rapid career progression, where hard work is quickly recognised and rewarded. You will work between the North West / Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire, with approximately one day per week in the office and the rest out on site; over the medium/long term, you may gravitate towards one of these geographies. You will work with clients across various sectors, including public and private sectors such as schools, student accommodation, shopping centres, etc. Your daily duties as a building surveyor will cover professional (60%) and project-based (40%) work, including refurbishments, extensions, dilapidations, party wall, contract admin, PPM, and building surveys.
