The CSR Group are recruiting on behalf of a one of Ireland's leading building Contractors. With 50 years' experience operating, the company has continued to steadily grow and in particular, over the last decade they have completed signature projects up to the value of £150M. The multi award winning contractor will provide the successful Site Manager the opportunity to join a construction team on a flagship projects in Belfast and the greater Belfast area, that will run for the next three years We are particularly looking for candidates with experience in RC frame structures out of the ground. Salaries at £60-70k Role Reporting to the Project Manager Provide technical support Influential in key decision making Maintain continuous professional development to ensure appropriate technical awareness Requirements Experienced track record managing projects valued £20M RC Frame Experience required Provide a detailed Project List for New Build Contracts Strong IT Skills
