The Senior Quantity Surveyor will help manage a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London. Senior Quantity surveyor Role Projects range from £4 million to £40 million. Cost Reporting Tender and contract documents CVR's Bills of Quants Attend professional and client meetings Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule Mitigate commercial risksThe Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements 5 years Experience Ideally you will have experience of High End Resi / Prime / Super prime property.
