Peace Recruitment is working in partnership with a commercial-build, main contractor, who work across various market sectors delivering large scale retail build & fit out projects throughout UK. Our client is looking for a freelance, Project Manager to join the team on a retail fit out upgrades across in central Scotland. You will have the responsibility of overseeing all trades & labour onsite and will be involved with the projects from inception to completion, as well as being client facing. To be considered for this role, you will have the following; SMSTS CSCS First Aid Min 5 years MC Site/Project Management Experience Degree Qualified Construction/Engineering Previous Tier 1, main contractor, experience within the commercial, or retail build sector would be preferred.
