Estates Surveyor, Nottingham, local authority, APC, RICS Your new company Working for a Public Sector owned consultancy based in Nottinghamshire, you work in their Estates and Property team. You will undertake a variety of surveying works across various sectors including Commercial, Leisure and Education. The role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Your new role You will work as an Estates Surveyor, based in their Nottingham office. You will work with valuations, GP surveying, property management and acquisitions and disposals. You will work in a large estates team, and the portfolio of properties consist of schools, libraries, leisure centres and office space. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally be MRICS qualified, or working towards your APC. You will have experience in a Surveying role, and have an understanding about the local authority. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of up to £45000 as well as 19.5% pension contribution, 28 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, and flexible working.
