Job Description I'm currently working alongside an architectural practice in West London who are on the look out for a talented Part III to join their team. You will be earning a competitive salary of between £35,000-£45,000 pa depending on experience. They have offices in both London and New York and have a portfolio that spans across the United Kingdom, Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. They work on both small and large scale projects that are currently focusing mainly on hospitality and residential in the UK and overseas. The initial need will be for the chosen candidate to manage the design and production of delivery packages and supporting any other projects coming up. You will need to have at least 5 years of experience in the architectural industry in a similar role. Ideally you will have knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino and Enscape. Adobe suite however, is essential for this role. Other essential knowledge/experience will be with regards to building components, time management, team working, drawing skills, planning applications, and visual communication skills.
