Job Description Newly qualified Architect in Essex? I am working with a well-established firm in the Colchester area who are looking for an ARB Registered Architect to join their team. They are looking for someone with about 2-5 years post qualification experience who has experience working across all RIBA Stages and sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations. Within their practice they use AutoCAD, Sketchup and Microstation so working knowledge of any of these will be beneficial. You will be working on a variety of projects, they work largely in the retail sector, so experience in this will be beneficial. They also do cover cinemas, mixed-use, office development, student accommodation and residential, any experience in any of these will be advantageous. They are a small firm and looking for a personable individual to join their team and align with their ethos and creativity. This is an exciting opportunity for an Architect to grow with the practice, and develop on their own professional skills and ability.
