Your new company You will be joining a main contractor based in Birmingham working on water schemes in the West Midlands region. This multi-accredited contractor has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector, and they offer excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Project Manager to join their team. Your new role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: Producing financial forecasts Monitoring and controlling project costs and cost reporting Delivering projects from design phase through to completion Developing and maintaining construction programmes Chairing weekly site meetings Ensuring detailed site diaries/records are completed Reviewing progress, budget resources and forward planning. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have previous project management experience in the water sector and have a strong understanding of operational activities. In addition, you will have a good understanding of NEC contracts and be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders proficiently. Finally, you will have strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
