Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for a Pre-construction Manager to join a national contractor specialising in refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors. The role will be based out of their Dartford office and will be focusing on pre-construction matters across all the workload in the region. Requirements: Refurbishment experience within a residential setting Good technical knowledge and ability to co-ordinate design teams Able to work towards deadlines Proficient in MS Project and able to produce programmes Write project execution plans, logistics, construction phase plans, method statements Good knowledge on temporary works Understand and able to support the tender process and positively influence the quality of submissions Our client is known for a good working environment and currently experiencing a solid period of growth across the south, making it the perfect time to join.
