Site Manager - Permanent - Main Contractor - Water Schemes - Derbyshire Sites Your new company You will be joining a Tier 1 contractor working on a major water framework in the Midlands area. This high-profile and multi-accredited contractor has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and their commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader within the industry. This organisation offers excellent opportunities to move into more leadership roles and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Manager to work on water schemes in the Derbyshire area. Your new role As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing direct labour and subcontractors Coordinating all day-to-day site operations Maintaining an accurate site diary Undertaking site audits and inspections Ensuring works are delivered safely, within budget and to specified quality. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have: Previous experience in civil, mechanical and/or electrical works within the water industry CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Proven successful experience in leading delivery teams Sound organisational and interpersonal skills What you'll get in return In return, you will receive: Starting salary of up to £60,000 (negotiable depending on experience) Company car or car allowance 24 days' annual leave (with the option to buy/sell more) plus statutory holidays Life assurance Matched pension contribution Fuel card and more.
