Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a keen eye for detail and a proven track record in managing construction projects. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects are progressing according to programme - Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to align project goals - Manage budgets, ensuring cost-control measures are in place and adhered to. - Lead and motivate on-site teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement - Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities, providing guidance and support as needed. - Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship. - Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients. Candidate Requirements: - Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably within the refurbishment sector - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively - Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills - Solid understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and building standards - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
