Job Description: We seek an experienced and highly organised construction site manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects in Moray on behalf of a client. The candidate will start ASAP and ideally live within driving distance of the site. The candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction sites efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Requirements: Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification. First Aid at Work certification. Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and site management best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience managing construction sites is essential.
