Salary £40k - £45k Hertfordshire - Permanent, Full time, Flexible Working. An establish practice has extended its reach to Hertfordshire, opening up a new studio to support a busy pipeline of projects and growth plans. Looking to hire across multiple positions to be based in the new office, including Qualified Architects. You'd be working closely with the Senior Architects and Technologists, exercising extensive technical knowledge across later RIBA stages (4). This role would suit an independent and capable individual with roughly 3 years of post-qualification industry experience looking to make a step upwards. You'd be part of the foundations of something new and gain exposure to engaging projects. It would be a diverse role allowing you to float across a range of sectors, including : Large Scale Housing Developments, Care, Education, Student Accommodation, Industrial, Commercial, Sports and Leisure. Due to their imminent workload, experience in large scale housing developments would be most desirable, but they are equally open to applications from alternative sectors as skills are transferable. Required Experience Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD ARB RIBA / equivalent with 3 years of industry experience. Experience across RIBA stage 0 - 4 (4 is also desirable) Experience with Planning applications and Feasibility. Good understanding of current building regulations Preparation of drawings for building regulations, tender and construction. Good communication skill What's in it for you?
