Job Description: Conduct cost estimates and prepare tender documents for retail construction projects Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and value for money Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards Carry out site visits and assessments to identify potential issues and risks Why Bristol?
