Our client is looking for a Building Surveyor on a freelance basis to be based in Manchester This role is looking after maintenance and refurbishment projects on schools and public buildings across the Greater Manchester areas Applicants must be able to produce specifications and use AutoCAD This role is for 6 months and you must be able to start within 2/3 weeks Pay Is £35 per hour - 37hrs per week Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
